Like 10Mbps/container and 100GB/month.

Nothing within Docker handles this atm.

@cpuguy83 Can I set up a bridge or a virtual switch on my host machine to do this?

docker is not responsible to handle this feature, please research another way to resolved your requirement. @caizixian

I'm going to close this issue - you might get some answers from the docker-users google group - especially if you have an example that you've been working on :)
