In Docker for Mac 1.13 there is preliminary support for shrinking the qcow2 file non-destructively using "TRIM" (as also used on SSDs). tlsconfigfrom go connections to merge custom certificates with the system. Interactions with the registry will make use of this new call to get the system certificates.Additionally removed deprecated
pkg/tlsconfig/config.go. This code has already been migrated to go-connections, was out dated and no longer imported.Closes #12756
