OpenShift fails on leading zero in Docker version 17.03.0-ce-mac2 #1458

Expected behavior

OpenShift cluster starts in Docker Mac

Actual behavior

Error: Minor number must not contain leading zeroes "03"

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Install Docker mac 17.03.0-ce-mac2
  2. sudo gem install rhc
  3. rhc setup
  4. oc cluser up

You should open a bug on OpenShift, it is not something we can change in Docker for Mac, as that is the version number.

I created #1459 for the underlying problem
