删除卸载docker，重新安装问题依旧。

I got slove this porblem with uninstall docker and remove this floder C:\Users\Default\AppData\Roaming\Docker or DockerData what
then，I reinstall docker i found it's work！

I deleted folder C:\Users<Your UserName>\AppData\Roaming, and reinstalled docker. Problem solved.
