Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Install the latest stable Docker Desktop version
2. Switch to Linux containers

I have tried numerous fixes as an admin, but have been unable to get things to work:

I have also added my account as a hyper-v admin, but I can't remember which thread recommended that.
