This is a first version of the usage of 12 factor methodology with a basic Node.js application.
The idea is to illustrate how Docker is a great fit for this methodology.
A version with a more complex application could be done later on (might be interesting to add Docker 3rd Birthday application into the picture to illustrate queueing...).
