Previously the Docker logotype was fetched from the docker,com website, but currently the link is no longer valid. The logo is now embedded on docker.com, so we embed it here as well.

@mikegcoleman it would be nice if you can check out this PR since currently this small testing app might appear broken and it might raise doubt in the setup correctness for many docker 101 students.
