Persistent config does not work

When you make the configuration persistent, the container does not work as the mapped volume also seems to contain the RSA tool.

This is a known issue which needs to be covered with tests to work properly. I'm currently at the final stage of rolling out dockovpn-it -- integration testing framework for Dockovpn, which should help assure workability of all the features
