Switch adminer addon to the wodby/adminer container to allow ENV variable to set php settings. This will allow setting php settings via ENV variables. This was suggested in issue #30 on this comment by @achekulaev.

The current php upload limit on the adminer addon container is 2M. This limits the size of database files that can be uploaded via the web interface to be imported.
