Brought up in #1561

It's not easy to tell what release of Docksal you are using. fin version and fin sysinfo only tell you the version of fin. You would then have to manually match that with release notes to find what Docksal release this version of fin shipped with.

We can show the "most recent" Docksal release + the current version of fin in fin version output.
fin -v would still display only the version of fin and nothing else (to make this change backwards compatible).
