Using Travis for OSS is no longer feasible due to policy/pricing changes, see https://blog.travis-ci.com/2020-11-02-travis-ci-new-billing Fortunately we have Github actions setup as a replacement already
We want to see test failures in whole matrix, so we don't focus on fixing one test failure, only so we have to fix another one after that
Run all tests on PHP 8
