SQL declaration of DateTime doctrine type is DATE, not TIMESTAMP. Oracle stores date and time in one type DATE.
getDateTypeDeclarationSQL returns DATE, getTimeTypeDeclarationSQL returns DATE types for Oracle. It is justified to return DATE type for getDateTimeTypeDeclarationSQL.
