The Logger chapter of MongoDB ODM isn't up to date with the 2.x version. In fact, the method
Configuration::setLoggerCallable()doesn't exist anymore. Therefore I deleted the chapter.Summary
Issue #2089 also asks the question how a psr-3 logger can be used for logging, but this isn't part if this PR.
