Fixes ESLint parser does not yet support static attributes #345, by supporting the latest JS version
Fixes ESLint should report missing semicolons in JavaScript code #344, by enabling the semicolon rule
Fixes ESLint generates invalid column information #348 (reported in Internal errors for JavaScript submissions #347), by fixing a bug in how ESLint results were parsed
