Welcome to the Poodl wiki!

What is Poodl?

Poodl is a web application created for Software Engineering Applications at Montana State University (ESOF423). This application was created to help automate processes necessary at the Belgrade Senior Center currently done on paper. The goal of Poodl is to replace expensive, complicated and robust Senior Center Management services that currently exist, providing only the necessary features needed to meet a smaller senior center's needs.

From a management perspective, Poodl allows a senior center to manage member profiles, track activities that members check into, as well as manage what activities are available to members. Poodl also allows senior centers to export reports using the data collected from membership info and activities.

From a user perspective, Poodl provides a simplistic interface and user-friendly navigation that allows even the most inexperienced computer user to register for senior center activities.
