This update is a mandatory release for all stakers, masternodes and services.
How to Upgrade
If you are running an older version, shut it down. Wait until it has completely shut down, then run the installer (on Windows) or just copy over /Applications/DogeCash-Qt (on Mac) or dogecashd/dogecash-qt (on Linux). Users may have to look for their old directory when opening, if it asks to use a 'custom data-directory' please look for a DOGEC/DogeCash folder for it. Upon doing this, you can then apply the bootstrap.zip that is also provided in the downloads section of this release.
Notable Changes
GUI
The GUI has been rebranded to the new DogeCash Brand and color scheme.
Brand-new governance graphic user interface
Address search functionality for cold-staking screen
Duplicate transaction records bug fixed
Faster GUI and overall responsiveness.
Wallet
Improved transaction inputs selection, preferring coins that have fewer ancestors (preventing tx rejection for long mempool chains).
The autocombinerewards RPC command was soft-deprecated in v5.4.0 and replaced with explicit setter/getter commands setautocombinethreshold/getautocombinethreshold. DogeCash Core, by default, will no longer accept the autocombinerewards command, returning a deprecation error, unless the dogecashd/dogecash-qt is started with the -deprecatedrpc=autocombinerewards option.
This command will be fully removed in v6.0.0.
The RPC sendmany command selecting, by default, non-confirmed utxo bug was fixed.
Faster blockchain synchronization and reindex.
Mandatory Release 5.4.4
This candidate has been tested to resolve the masternode payment issue of 0.0 DOGEC. It will reflect properly now of 3.5 DOGEC.

Masternodes will need to be started again.

This update is fixing the double dev fee issue that's been ongoing, fixing stake split being done incorrectly when the threshold is met and lastly, should adjust the GUI issues that were being seen before in regard to "No Information" transactions for Masternode Rewards.

Mandatory Update v5.4.1
DogeCash Core v5.4.1 is now available from: https://github.com/dogecash/dogecash/releases.
This is a new MANDATORY Update for all services, masternodes, and wallets.
The protocol has been bumped to 70924 from 70923 of the 5.4 updates. This is due to a DevFee miscalculation that needed to be rectified.
Masternode owners will need to start masternodes after the update again.
These will be enforced starting at Block 1122000, this is a tentative date of August 1st.
All DogeCash users will need to be updated by this time to prevent being isolated from the network.
The consensus changes here made will fork the chain at the start.
