Dynamically generate copyright year

Feature Description

The copyright year is currently a static value. To avoid updating index.html essentially every year, I propose this value be dynamically generated

Hmm I'm not sure if that is okay? That would mean that even if we would leave it for 50 years it would be renewing it's "copyright" automatically? Could use some legal shibe opinion on this.
