Apparently that weird weeb game someone complained about on Discord needs those two.

Is the R16 swizzle correct (i.e. (R,1,1,1))? Single channel formats are (R,0,0,1)in other APIs.

I originally got those from Josh (Joshua-Ashton/d9vk#155 (comment)) but seems like it's actually just RRRR for both.

We believe the reason we saw more stability with this pull request in its previous iteration was because it was a MSVC build. We tested independently MSVC builds with and without this pull request of the master branch and saw little difference in stability but we did experience a considerable improvement over the MingW build.
