Bootstrapping fails on nonexistent linux-image-extra package #53

Bootstrapping fails almost immediately because there is no linux-kernel-extra package for the default kernel on a 12.04.2 system (3.5.0-23-generic).

I might go as far as to say Dokku doesn't support anything before 12.10, but that could be too lazy. Can you tell me more about the system your running it on?

Yeah, I noticed the remark about the "only supports 13 now" after I submitted the issue :) But if you still feel like looking in to it; it's a default 12.04.2 LTS AMD64 system (hosted VM), still pretty vanilla. The default kernel version for that ubuntu version is 3.5.0-23-generic. Searching for 'linux-image-extra' packages with apt-cache only returns a list of packages for 3.2.0-virtual kernels.

Cool, that's useful data. I'm going to close this one, but it might come in handy if we explore 12.x more.
