In rare setups, when you have wiki itself restricted with username and password (from webserver), but wiki itself authorizes different mechanism, you may want to disable accepting HTTP authorization by dokuwiki to avoid conflicts.

This was closed thirteen years ago, I don't remember what I had for breakfast this morning. It was probably closed because there is no description for this PR that explains why the change should be made and what's wrong with the current code. |
