As far as I can tell, this doesn't affect whether ops can be swapped (because the floating point ones were already ineligible, and the last few go from ineligible due to the flag to ineligible due to instruction type), so it should be OK. |

Shouldn't make any difference for now, but'll be useful if I ever decide to do something fun with RC bits.
