Allows them to be enabled/disabled separately.

Rearrange the log types into something closer to alphabetical order.

Do you think shader compilation warnings should also be there?

Video probably needs to be split up into a number of smaller error types. Right now every single thing in the video backend goes into it.

I wasn't really wanting to open that bag of worms in this PR.
