Dolphin no longer runs properly on OS X 10.9 Mavericks and the supported operating systems section in the FAQ has been updated to reflect that. The GitHub page should be consistent with the official requirements that are listed elsewhere.

Apparently a few people on the stats collection have run Dolphin on 10.9; but I'm not exactly sure how.
