D3D: Correctly invert the viewport depth range. #4140

I didn't account for reversed depth when setting the depth range in D3D. That the previous depth range worked for the Mii Channel FIFO log seems to be purely a coincidence.

This PR fixes WarioWare: Smooth Moves D3D problems that have been around since version 4.0-4446 (when a lot of other issues were fixed).
