Display warning when dumping audio if file exists #4523

This has feature parity with the dump frames warning when the file exists.

How do I get rid of this? I usually always have dump audio enabled when I do DSP work (because you never know when a problem happens), and now Dolphin is nagging me at every single startup. I've had to patch this out locally.
