Slic3r++(1.44.0)-Skinnydip-1.0

This is a newer version of Slic3r++ than the build (mis)labeled as 2.0.0-1 below. From now on I will use Supermerill's version numbers for Slic3r++. Base features in this build are similar to those in PrusaSlicer 2.1.0.

Windows 64 bit version requires Microsoft C++ Visual Studio 2019 redistributable. Run VC_redist.x64.exe if you get errors about a missing .DLL file. Documentation on usage of the skinnydip string reduction features of this build is available here.

Slic3r++(2.0.0-1)-Skinnydip-Fast-1.0b

I've long admired Supermerill's innovations to Slic3r++, so I decided to integrate the Skinnydip routines into their build. Supermerill is very clearly a pro, and I very clearly am not -- I felt like I was drilling holes in a cathedral wall to bolt on some shelves from IKEA when I added these features. Please forgive me! (And pretty please, consider the pull request when I finish testing this?)

EDIT: It was brought to my attention that this release is likely based on version 2.0.0-1 of Prusaslicer. I am changing the tag to reflect this but will do a 2.1.0 release when the source becomes available.

PrusaSlicer 2.1.0-Skinnydip-Fast-1.0b

Prusaslicer 2.1.0-Skinnydip edition, now with David Shealey's experimental "fast mode" to reduce overall print time.
Thanks to Antimix for doing the majority of the 2.1.0 integration!
Fixed issues with first layer temperatures not being honored properly, improved annotation of gcode output.
