HEXI is an image analysis application for the verification of hexagonal symmetry in spherical nanostructures.
The application requires Python >=3.8.5 to run. Clone or download the project from GitHub, then use pip to install the requirements (using a virtual environment is recommended):
pip install -r requirements.txtThen, simply run hexi.py to start the application:
python hexi.pyOn Windows, you can use the provided init.bat to set up a virtual environment and install the dependencies, and run.bat to run HEXI in the created virtual environment.
