Ensure that all packages linked in the file load_packages.R are installed from CRAN (https://cran.r-project.org/mirrors.html) and from this github repository (https://github.com/domwoolf/regSmooth).

For data analysis and visualizations, load and run Main.R in R console.

Model equations are in xml spreadsheet in nets1 folder. To open xml in MS Excel, compress the contents of nets1 to .zip and rename the archive to .xlsm
