Update for CanJS 3.0 compatibility

This was last worked on about 6 or 7 months ago, this branch contains everything: https://github.com/donejs/cli/tree/can3

All of these dependencies need to be updated to the Can 3.0 versions: https://github.com/donejs/cli/blob/can3/package.json#L62-L90

Also, any DoneJS dependencies that depend on CanJS need to be updated to 3.0.

All of them have already been updated to 3.0-pre. They are either in a can3 or a major branch. If you find one that hasn't been updated please ping me as I'm certainly all of them have.

However they have only been updated to 3.0-pre and this was 6/7 months ago and much has changed since then. There's likely new bugs because of CanJS 3.0 changes.

I would make everything be in a major branch if not already so. Including this one.
