The forcing data that are needed to carry out CMIPx experiments are numerous, and they will change values and forms with different phase of CMIP. Therefore to keep pace with the update, the developers at modeling centers need to take a lot of time, and the model codes are modified ugly if not designed well. This library tries to relieve the burden of the model developers.
