Publish on Gamecrafter

Lasercut wood blocks from #20 feel great, but the engraving is a bit hard to read. They were also really expensive to make.

Try getting Gamecrafter to make them as a punch sheet.

• find relevant product
• try black and white tetrominoes for Donimoes collection, as a simpler test
• if that looks good, adapt laser export to target Gamecrafter
  • choose multiple puzzles to combine in UI
  • combine blocks into mirrored pairs
  • write front and back images
  • write cuts image
  • improve error messages from block packer
  • fix cut alignment on large cutout
  • add extras after puzzle name O+, S+2
  • remove puzzle numbers from combined extras
  • update status after switching tabs
  • choose standard colours: 7=green, 9=white, 11=yellow, 13=orange, 15=red
  • add nicks to cut lines
  • write clues booklet
  • construct some complete sets with minimal blanks
  • choose custom colours when sizes are different

Looks like large punchouts are the best choice, and they'd be roughly $7, much less than I paid a local maker shop. We'll have to see how much the shipping will cost.

A board game that costs $16 on the site charges $9.65 shipping to Canada and $2.25 in taxes and fees. Hopefully, my puzzle will be a bit less.
