Looks like large punchouts are the best choice, and they'd be roughly $7, much less than I paid a local maker shop. We'll have to see how much the shipping will cost. |
A board game that costs $16 on the site charges $9.65 shipping to Canada and $2.25 in taxes and fees. Hopefully, my puzzle will be a bit less. |

Lasercut wood blocks from #20 feel great, but the engraving is a bit hard to read. They were also really expensive to make.
Try getting Gamecrafter to make them as a punch sheet.
