Improve browser lessons #266

The browser lessons from #262 are a good start, but they could be improved.

Ideas:

  • The Python tutorial isn't very approachable for new programmers, try to find another source. Python Like You Mean It looks promising. Alternatively, write a new tutorial building towards a Captain's Mistress AI.
  • Dynamically adjust code block heights to avoid vertical scroll bars.
  • Same thing for output blocks, with some limit (50?).
  • Add optional sections for hint 1, hint 2, etc.
  • Link to edit page for lesson source file.
  • Edit lesson in place, with preview.
  • Show/hide output when a sample has no goal.
