Steps for creating a new backend API function

1. [BACKEND] Create a new function and export it in your controller
2. [BACKEND] Add the api route using the new function from your controller
3. [FRONTEND] Add the API request function in your frontend utilities
4. [FRONTEND] Import the Utility into your page/component and call the function using onClick or other etc.
5. [FRONTEND] Show what the chip looks like on the card
