Releases: dot-legal/reference
Privacy Policy added
Created a GDPR/CCPA compliant privacy policy in the forms area. Some sections available.
Additional minor formatting and plain language changes.
Unilateral NDA added
NDA language has been abstracted out to create a separate unilateral NDA document.
Additional minor formatting and plain language changes.
Bug Fix - Bad URL
The new Contractor Agreement included a URL that was inaccurate. It now points to the correct location.
Restructured MNDA; Abstracting Confidentiality Clauses
The MNDA has been restructured, with a number of plain language choices and reorganization.
Because of some overlaps between the confidentiality provisions between the Contractor Agreement and NDA, they are now hyperlinked to within the document.
Slight, inconsequential tweaks to formatting and language.
Simple Contractor Agreement Added
Introduction of a new document: Contractor Agreement (Simple Work for Hire)
Because of some language overlaps with the MNDA (confidentiality provisions), we will likely be refactoring to share language between the two in upcoming versions.
Slight, inconsequential tweaks to formatting and language for:
- Construction of Terms
- Mutual Non-Disclosure Form
