As in #340. What's changed:

  • JobMode renamed to CharacteristicObject
  • CharacteristicColumn renamed to JobCharacteristicColumn
  • New base type added, CharacteristicObject
  • CharacteristicHelper made public

As usual, tests are green, suggestions are welcome:)
