We need to generate a .h file for the ThisAssembly class, and an .rc file for the PE header version information.

Won't Fix, based on the fact that an attempt to make it work resulted in an error that we can't solve:

The C++/CLI code provider wasn't found

Ok, so we could solve it by generating the .h file ourselves rather than use codedom. If anyone feels like doing so, comment here and we can reactivate.
