UWP 6.2.2 System.Runtime.CompilerServices.Unsafe duplicate file error

APPX1101: Payload contains two or more files with the same destination path 'System.Runtime.CompilerServices.Unsafe.dll'

When using .Net Native 6.2.2 to compile UWP projects using libraries with unsafe code, e.g. Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.Sqlite, System.Reactive 4.1.2, and others.
