[Feature Request] Supports MPA View Transition

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Chrome 126 or later supports MPA(Multi-Page-Application) View Transition by default.
And it'll be expected to be supported by other browser by CSS View Transitions Module Level 2 standard.

Auto view transition feature is enabled by PR #9909.

But by implementing Custom view transitions.
Some of known issues relating page navigation can be resolved.

• It takes time to display TOC/Nav on large docs site. (e.g. https://doc.stride3d.net/4.2/en/)

• API browser: Vertical scroll position resets when you click a class #2384

Describe the solution you'd like
Implement custom view transition.
Following sequence is expected.

• Save TOC HTML DOM on pageswap event
• Restore TOC DOM on pagereveal event (If referenced TOC is not changed)
