Expected: dotnet add package mypackage -prerelease:latest

Is this possible with dotnet add ?

That's not available yet, but we have a tracking issue for that:NuGet/Home#4699

Our amazing intern @martinrrm has a PR in review and he'll have it ready for .NET 5.
