We already brought up some of the LINQ content from MSDN now, so we actually need to review what we have.

Plan is to update existing content from the C# Programming Guide (brought over from MSDN) - improve readability, update examples, replace LINQ to SQL with LINQ to EF.

Reopening - #1302 only addresses the basic LINQ content. We still need to address the remaining LINQ content in the Programming Guide.
