LGTM Thanks @geeknoid. This will obviously brake dotnet-extensions-experimental repo, given what we discussed earlier today, I'm assuming that repo will be mostly removed too?

@joperezr No, the Azure repo should remain. We'll drop the implementaiton packages for the stuff that was deleted here, but several other packages remain.
