I'm not quite sure which part of that story still apply, but at a minimum, I think someone knowledgeable about the subject could update it to contain the latest information. Maybe the whole section can be removed completely if the bugs in F# resource management have disappeared (with only a note saying the xBuild is not working properly).

It links to several tracking issues, all of them resolved last year, one of them as won't fix.
