Some of the installation files are too big to download for those with low internet speeds, a web installer and a modular installer (allows the user to choose which components to download & install) should help.

We have no plans to break up the SDK installer in smaller chunks. When you install the SDK, you get all the runtimes supported by it.

For the runtimes, if you are installing them separately, there are already separate packages for it.
