[Android] Fix flyout behaviour switching exception #22453

Description of Change

Two issues where fixed in this PR:

When you change the FlyoutBehavior the app crashes
When you change the orientation on a tablet from portrait to landscape with the flyout open, the app crashes. Because the FlyoutBehavior changes
