Description of Change

There doesn't seem to be any compelling reason to have our SupportedOSPlatformVersion on iOS set to such high values. We already have Android and Windows set to lowest supported versions.

I'm using 11.0 here instead of 10.0 because AFAICT 11.0 is the SupportedOSPlatformVersion for XCode 14.

We should just remove all of these properties from the template and move them back into the templates.
