Description of Change
There doesn't seem to be any compelling reason to have our
SupportedOSPlatformVersionon iOS set to such high values. We already haveAndroidandWindowsset to lowest supported versions.I'm using 11.0 here instead of 10.0 because AFAICT 11.0 is the
SupportedOSPlatformVersionfor XCode 14.We should just remove all of these properties from the template and move them back into the templates.
