New Console Template

I thought I would share my opinion on something that had an immense amount of feedback and was supposed to be reverted but somehow ended up becoming permanent in spite of the feedback received asking to change the channel back.

Please add a default template switch instead of asking us to make a project targeting 5.0. I get that you're trying to accommodate Python developers who can barely put their pants on without walking into traffic but please don't alienate the .NET developers who keep the gears turning and force us to us work arounds to avoid this dystopian implicit style over the tried and true way of the past 22 or so years.
