When the generated setup bootstrapper exe is run on Windows XP 32-bit, the following error occurs:
Setup.exe - Entry Point Not Found The procedure entry point DecodePointer could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll. [OK]
Apparently, the PlatformToolset v140_xp and DecodePointer API are only supported on Windows XP SP2.
Since the xml configuration os_filter_min is set higher than winXP, I expected to at least see the message set in configuration_no_match_message.
