Hi @ajdonnison,
We have fairly regular occurrences of email reminders containing task descriptions from unrelated tasks:

Example below contains a description from an export product project, nothing to do with the actual task (who's description is actually blank):

@cleary I think I've figured this one out and put in a general fix that should resolve this, and any related issues with event based processing. Let me know if it works for you.

A Timeline tab is available in the Master PD working file created for the new product. There are 4 categories of projects, depending on degree of difficultly. The appropriate number of days for each category is in comments on the spreadsheet and it can be filled in accordingly. The timeline can be sent as a pdf or pasted into an email. @cleary can you tell me if there is anything about the issue providing the description that might help? E.g. is it also due, is it next or previous sequential ID, is it owned by the same user/project? I'm having trouble trying to find any condition that might make this happen.

Hi @ajdonnison,
I will dig a bit more this week and get back to you - I've been on leave, just trying to catch up ;)
