Docker

This adds a Dockerfile and gives end users an easy way to demo the project.

It's not ideal - there still a lot of things that I want to change about the Dockerfile, but it's a start.

It also:

• provides a demo docker-compose.yml file
• updates logging in app_factory.py because I was having trouble debugging the Dockerfile
• updates the README with simple Docker instructions.
• adds the necessary Apache and WSGI stuff.
