背景：
juno核心功能页面 应用服务 承担了使用这个平台的大量时间，看监控 日志，下发配置,服务debug
优化点：
1 头部占用使用空间
2 iframe嵌套grafana 使用的是外部滚动，导致滚到底部，还要滚到顶部才能切换tab（难受）
3 中间的可视化区域应该尽量大，需要调整部分间距和底部占用位置，可视区域应该搞成自适应的
